Warranty Policy

Warranty Information:

All items created by DnA Braided Treasures are covered under warranty. I will repair damaged hardware, replace lost charms, etc. under normal wear conditions. Repairs are free. All I ask is that you pay all shipping charges. Replacement of lost charms or hardware may be subject to an additional fee.

However, I will not be held responsible if you order the wrong bracelet size. It is your responsibility to read all instructions very carefully and order correctly!
